arte

the colors and architecture amaze me here. they have so much more thought put into them than in America. I feel like old Italy thought of what people were going to think of them in the future and had pride in their work which is something I feel like Americans forget..

fotografia

im learning tons of information i did not know about the 5D Mark II. i was always comfortable using my rebel but now i feel like the 5D has so many things to offer.

beautiful

I knew Italy was going to be beautiful but moments like these take my breath away

first Genova bus ride

I have never been this consumed in a totally different culture. It is refreshing in a way to see how other people live and how there are different ways of life. It sounds a little crazy but it is just that I have been so consumed in the New York lifestyle that Italy is so much of a surprise for me. I have experience this feeling before but in small dosages like Puerto Rico or even Arlington, Virginia. I guess thats why they call it a culture shock. I hope to get to know Genova a lot more and really get to understand the people. But first I have to learn the language a lot better =)

testing out the 5D before I head off to Italia
